Draft of October 12, 2026
Athlevate is made by A3DZ LLC ("we"). This page explains what we store, why, who helps us run the app, and how to delete it.
Who signs in
Parents and adult players create the login. Children under 13 never sign up or sign in: a parent creates their profile under the parent’s account, and can open it on the child’s own device with a one-time code (no email or password; the parent can remove the device any time). A teen (13 to 17) can get their own login (email, Apple or Google) only with a one-time code from their parent.
What we store
- Login: email address and password (stored scrambled by our sign-in provider), or the Apple or Google account you choose to sign in with.
- Player profile: first name or nickname, birth month and year, avatar choice, level (Learn, Develop or Perform), weekly plan, equipment at home, goal, positions, in-season and growing-fast answers, reminder choices.
- Health answers: yes/no answers to the short health questions in setup, and any “Something hurts” reports (body area and how much it hurts).
- Practice record: dates, minutes, which practice and blocks, sets done, how hard it felt, skills practiced, unit tests, fitness check answers, coins and milestones.
- Agreements: which documents were accepted, by whom and when, and per-capability consents for teens.
- Club or coach: if a club code is used, the team and the practices a coach assigns to that player.
- Usage events: a small set of events (for example “practice finished”, “block skipped”) with the time, age band, level (Learn, Develop or Perform), device type and app version. They contain counts and short codes, never names or free text.
What we don’t collect
- No video, photos, microphone or contacts. No location.
- No advertising, no ad tracking, no selling or renting of data.
- Practice reminders are scheduled on the phone itself; we don’t store a push token.
- No payment details today. If paid plans are added, payment goes through the App Store, Google Play or our payment provider, and we only see whether a plan is active.
Why we use it
- To build each player’s practice and keep it safe (age, plan, equipment, health answers and pain reports decide what the app offers).
- To show progress to the player and their parent, and to the coach of a club team the parent joined.
- To keep the service working and improve it (usage events).
Who can see it
- The parent sees everything about the players in their family. A teen on their own login sees their own record.
- A coach sees only players on their team, and only what the club practice needs.
- Service providers who run the app for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (web hosting), and Apple or Google if you sign in with them.
- Nothing is public. There is no feed, chat or leaderboard.
Children
Children’s profiles are created and controlled by a parent. We collect only what the practice needs. A parent agrees at setup (see the setup agreement). A parent can review, change or delete a child’s data at any time, or ask us at support@a3dz.com.
Keeping and deleting
We keep the data while the account exists. Deleting the account (Settings → Delete account) deletes the login, every player profile in the family and everything listed above.
Usage events are kept without any player or account link, so they can no longer be tied to a person.
You can also email support@a3dz.com from the account’s email address to ask for a copy or deletion.
